The forthcoming BMC elections are going to be a tough fight. All the battle lines are drawn between Congress, NCP and Shiv Sena-BJP along with Samajwadi Party and the newly formed MNS. This election will see a lot of fresh and young faces, especially from the world of entertainment and one such candidate is Sejal Painter.

Sejal, having done her B.Com from Mithibhai College has been the associate editor for films like ‘Fiza’, ‘Phir Bhi Dil Hindustani’, ‘Mangal Pandey’, and recently well received film ‘Khosla Ka Ghosla!’

She has also edited serials like ‘Home Sweet Home’ and is contesting on NCP ticket from Ward no 60 which consists of Four Bungalows, Manish Nagar, DN Nagar, and Bhavans College.
